The outdoor spaces are designed to fully experience the Sicilian lifestyle: relaxing corners immersed in greenery, areas where children can play freely, and a lovely outdoor dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and wood-fired oven — ideal for sharing meals and enjoying long evenings under the Sicilian sky. At the heart of the garden is the private heated swimming pool, equipped with a telescopic cover that allows it to be enjoyed even during the cooler seasons.

Inside, the villa welcomes guests with bright and spacious interiors. The ground floor features a large living room with a dining area and comfortable lounge space, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook just like at home, a laundry room, and a service bathroom.

On the upper floor you will find the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one bedroom with two bunk beds, making it ideal for families with children as well. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and wardrobes. The floor also includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
