Villa Faraglioni – Private Beach in Cefalù

Villa Faraglioni is an exclusive residence immersed in a truly unique natural setting, suspended between sky and sea. Perched on a cliff overlooking the coves of Cefalù, the villa guarantees total privacy and direct access to its own private beach.
We are located in the Calette area, one of the most scenic and peaceful parts of Cefalù, just a twenty-minute walk from the historic center along a comfortable pedestrian path that follows the coastline.

The villa stands on a quiet, intimate stretch of coast where the water is crystal clear and nature is the true protagonist. In the morning, guests can walk down to the sea for a refreshing swim while the light rises over the rocks and the cliff warms in the sun. Every corner of the house is designed to live in direct harmony with the landscape: terraces opening onto the horizon, relaxation areas caressed by the sea breeze, and outdoor spaces that flow naturally into the interiors.

Inside, the villa is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, a spacious sea-view living room welcomes guests with large windows that let the light in and transform the landscape into a living painting. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen complete this level, together with a convenient guest bathroom.

The sleeping area, located on the first floor, includes four bedrooms: two doubles and two with single beds. Each room has its own character—some facing the sea, others overlooking the Mediterranean greenery—all offering comfort, silence, and a serene atmosphere that invites rest. The villa accommodates up to nine guests while always maintaining a sense of privacy and tranquillity.
