White & Sea – Villa White Palace is an elegant, exclusive-use seafront villa, ideal for large families, groups of friends, corporate retreats and experiential stays. The villa offers five bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and its own private outdoor space, either a furnished balcony or a private garden.
The villa is arranged over three levels and is designed to provide comfort, privacy and relaxation in a truly panoramic setting. From the main entrance, guests access the living area, which features a spacious and bright lounge with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The living room opens onto a large sea-view terrace, perfect for social moments and for enjoying breathtaking views of the coastline.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The property offers terraces and balconies on every level, a large panoramic terrace on the top floor and a garden on the lower level. Private parking is available at the entrance of the villa.
The villa is located in Addaura – Mondello, one of the most beautiful and charming areas along the coast of Palermo. This seaside residential neighborhood perfectly combines the tranquility of a coastal village with the lively atmosphere of a renowned beach destination. Set along the seafront between the bay of Mondello and the city, the area is known for its crystal-clear waters, golden beaches and natural coves. Addaura retains an authentic charm, with scenic inlets, a pine forest along the coast and stunning views over the Gulf of Mondello, making it ideal for seaside walks, sunset aperitifs and dinners at sea-view bars and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
The location is strategic: the villa is approximately 3 km from the center of Palermo, 1 km from Mondello beach and about 14 km from the airport, allowing guests to enjoy the sea without giving up the city, culture and art.
The villa is for the exclusive use of guests, and all spaces are entirely at your disposal. We are available even before check-in to help you organize your trip and will assist you throughout your stay thanks to our Concierge service, with 24/7 assistance and the possibility to tailor your stay to your needs.
Upon request, additional services can be arranged, including a skipper for boat trips, a private chef, taxi and private driver service, highly specialized tour guides, massage therapist and much more.
We recommend the use of a private vehicle to move around the area comfortably and independently; alternatively, taxi and private driver services are available. If you prefer not to use a car, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly, as public transportation in this area is limited.
