Villa Smeraldo – Seafront Villa with Private Pool and Direct Sea Access in Cefalù

From the property, a private staircase leads directly down to the small cove below, allowing you to reach the sea in just a few steps and fully experience the beauty of the Sicilian coastline. The villa overlooks one of the most charming bays of the Cefalù coast and offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

The villa is arranged over two levels and is surrounded by spacious outdoor areas that allow guests to fully enjoy the connection with the sea and nature. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a large garden with an English lawn opening toward the sea view. Here you will find the private pool overlooking the Mediterranean, perfect for relaxing during sunny days. From the garden, private steps lead directly to the natural cove below.

The interior spaces are bright and welcoming. On the main floor there is a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and dining table, ideal for sharing moments together, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor you will find the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French bed, served by two full bathrooms with showers.

Outside the villa there is also a charming independent guesthouse with a spacious double bedroom where a third bed can be added if needed, complete with a private bathroom. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort even during the warmest months. Outside there is also a laundry area with washing machine and space for drying clothes.

The property is located along the beautiful coast of Cefalù in a quiet area surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea. This stretch of coastline is known for its small natural coves, crystal-clear waters and spectacular scenery, while still being only a few minutes from the historic center of Cefalù, one of the most charming towns in Sicily, famous for its picturesque streets, golden beaches and the extraordinary Norman Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The historic center of Cefalù can be reached in just a few minutes, while Palermo is about one hour away by car. We recommend having a car for greater flexibility, although taxi and private driver services are also available in the area.
