Villa Silvia

Villa Silvia is a detached villa located in the beautiful Piana di Caronia, an authentic area where lush citrus groves meet the crystal-clear waters of Sicily’s northern coast. The property enjoys a privileged location with direct access to an exclusive beach, reachable through a private gate. The beach is shared by only a few neighboring homes and cannot be accessed by car, ensuring peace, privacy, and a truly unique atmosphere.
The villa features a large, fully fenced private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors among the scent of lemon trees and the sound of the waves. The outdoor areas are equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a laundry area.
Inside, the house is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a bright veranda with large windows, a spacious living room with several relaxation areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms – one double room, one twin room, and one room with bunk beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Every room is enhanced by handcrafted ceramic pieces created by the master artisans of Santo Stefano di Camastra, a historic town renowned for its ceramic-making tradition.
The villa’s location offers the perfect combination of sea and nature. Just five minutes away lies Caronia Marina, a charming fishing village with small shops, artisan boutiques, and local specialties. Behind the property stretches the Nebrodi Park, Sicily’s largest natural reserve, ideal for hiking, trekking, and exploring unspoiled landscapes.
A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area. However, for guests who prefer not to drive, the villa provides four bicycles, making it easy to reach Caronia Marina and nearby attractions. A taxi service is also available upon request.
