The Casello sul Mare is a historic railway house built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers and restored in 2025 while preserving its authentic charm. The property is set in a truly unique location, nestled between the railway and the sea, offering breathtaking views and direct access to a private beach that can only be reached from the house, with no public passage. A rare and peaceful retreat immersed in the Sicilian coastline.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Casello and offers welcoming, functional spaces. It includes a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, and dining table. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower.

Outside, a large panoramic terrace overlooks the sea, with various relaxation areas suspended above the water. It is the perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts, reading, sunset moments, or simply listening to the sound of the waves. A small gate leads to a path that descends directly to the private beach reserved for guests.
