Relais Villa Giovanna – seaside with garden

Relais Villa Giovanna is an independent house located within the grounds of a historic estate that once belonged to the first woman in Italy to obtain a driving license, set directly on the seafront.

Here, the sea is a constant presence: it can be admired from all rooms and reached in just a few steps thanks to direct access to the beach.

The house features a cozy living area with kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; from the bedroom, opening the doors, you step onto a beautiful sea-front terrace.
There is also a second small room used as a study/workspace, equipped with a sofa bed, with a bathroom located directly opposite.

Outside, you will find a large patio with garden area, a wood-fired oven and barbecue, as well as a spacious sea-front garden with panoramic views, enriched by trees and fully equipped relaxation and yoga areas. In spring, blackberries and apricots make this place truly special.

From the garden, a gate provides direct access to the sea: once opened, it leads straight to the water, allowing you to enjoy the beach with sun loungers just steps from the house, for a unique and immersive seaside experience.
